Weekly Tarot Reading

Three cards from the Rhythm and Soul Tarot deck. Ace of Axes (Swords), 3 of Roots (Pentacles), and The Moon. 

A surge of energy is coming, and it's not exactly concerned about what might be in it's path! That can be some big reveals, some sudden opportunities, or a rush of personal energy and fresh ideas. Whether this is a good or bad thing really depends on what you do with it. 

People close to you may seem like they're unwilling to move forward with you. They're trying to keep you tied to the way things have been working. It's not that they see you as someone sure to fail, but that they don't want to be left behind and not be there to catch you if you fall. 

Take some time to really look at what this means for you. Is it possible to bring the old and new together to create something that is truly yours? Why do you want to do the new stuff? What's really in your heart? 

Weekly three card readings are short, general readings. If you want a personal reading emailed to you as a very detailed pdf report, I have options available for card readings and dice readings.

A different way to use "Art Grimoire"

I really wanted to work on my Art Grimoire map one day. I didn't want to do the normal rolling the d6 to find out which Mystery I would be working on. I just wanted to work on the map I already had going in my book.  So I did! (Fantasy map of an island drawn in a sketchbook. There are strange symbols in various place on the land and water, some forests and sea creatures, and places marked with warnings in red ink.) Maps are an easy thing to stay focused on while still seeing your sorcerer's sanity numbers go up and down. The cards, which raise and decrease sanity, are a big part of the prompts for maps. All I had to do was keep rolling the dice to find out which sections of the map to do and keep drawing cards to find out what I was doing.  To do this with other Mysteries, just make sure you remember to draw a card and see what it does to your sorcerer's sanity before you make another entry. Sharing my writing is easier than sharing divination readings. I can tell you that my writing is available  on itchio  or through  my ko-fi  and you can go see what looks interesting to you. I can even share little bits and pieces of things now and then.  Divination? Well, I can tell you where to go to  request a reading . I don't share information about readings I do for clients, though, and each reading is unique. I can't share a piece of what you'll be getting the way I can with my writing. A Blanket Made of Stories

I'm knitting a blanket. Again. I don't mean that I'm knitting another blanket, but that I've gone back to working on a blanket that was put away for a few years. I'm going to talk about sports for a minute, but stick with me. It all comes together.  I'm not a sports person. I've always been that one person in groups of family and friends that just doesn't care about any sport. I at least understand baseball. Okay, I understand the basics of it. I figure not caring about sports fits in with not caring about watching gamers streaming games, and being mostly immune to doomscrolling and Fear of Missing Out.
